India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) shapes both how we build Niyam and how we run FlickerBytes. This page summarises our approach on both fronts.
How we handle your data
As a Data Fiduciary for the information you share with us, we aim to meet DPDP's core obligations:
- Notice & consent - we tell you what we collect and why, and rely on your consent or legitimate business need to respond to you.
- Data-principal rights - you can access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us.
- Security - we apply reasonable safeguards (see our Security page).
- Breach response - we maintain a plan to respond to and report incidents within the required timelines.
For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
How we help you comply
Niyam is purpose-built to operationalise DPDP for your organisation - discovery of personal data, consent management, data-principal (DSAR) requests, breach tracking, vendor governance and audit-ready evidence, with DPO support when you want it.
